Belicia (Bel) Luevano is the co-founder of Howdy Gals, a women and non-binary led music booking & promotion collective based out of Austin and The Bay since 2017. She manages teams in both cities, leads marketing, and primarily books in The Bay as well as North American tours . She’s combined her experience as a radio DJ, live music TV show producer, music journalist, venue booker, karaoke host, and being a lead singer of a Strokes cover band to bring an authentic and well-rounded view to producing events and promoting bands and shows. Her passions outside of music are native gardening and land restoration, board games, crafting, and birding.
